Even though I haven't quite got in the swing of this yet, I have faith that I will! So far today:

  • Double fiber English muffin with 1T natural peanut butter and 1T raw honey and cinnamon. Water
  • Grande Skim latte
  • 1 1/2 cups Turkey pumpkin chili and 1/2 turkey sandwich with 1T light mayo and mustard.
  • Pear
  • Dinner will be tuna on double fiber English muffin and zucchini with onions.

What in the hell am I eating anyway?

I mean, I know I am eating less than before and certainly less crap, but I think I need to start tracking.....


2 light rye crisp crackers with 1T natural peanut butter, 1T honey and cinnamon. 6 oz smoothie (plain nonfat yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, unsweetened soy milk)


Apple, baby carrots, two slices whole wheat bread with 2 slices turkey breast, 1T light mayo and mustard.
